Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Columbus, OH)

Cedar Drift Health is a healthcare provider in Columbus with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
