Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Colorado Springs, CO)

Lumen Nest Manufacturing Partners is a Colorado Springs manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would join a large organisation of about 868 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
