Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Cleveland, OH)

Fernwood Bright Insurance is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
