Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Cleveland, OH)

Rivermark West Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Cleveland region, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
