Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ashton Facilities and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be help desk. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
