Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Sable Markets is a Boise retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would join a large organisation of about 695 people based in Boise. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
