Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Fern Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Boise presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
