Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Rowan Civic Services and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be help desk. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
