Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Boise, ID)

Summit Ivory Banking Services is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
