Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Boise, ID)

Northwind Bridge Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Boise, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
