Senior IT Support Specialist - help desk (Austin, TX)

Highbridge Nest Financial Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
