Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Tucson, AZ)

Highbridge Vale Community Partners Group is a Tucson charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
