Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight North Financial serves customers across Tucson with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
