Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Tucson, AZ)

Westbrook Haven Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Tucson, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
