Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Tucson, AZ)

Foxglove Yarrow Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
