Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Tampa, FL)

Rivermark Yarrow Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Tampa, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
