Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (St. Louis, MO)

Nova North Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the St. Louis area. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
