Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Seattle, WA)

Cedar Ivory Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Seattle, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
