Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Seattle, WA)

Clearpath Ridge Manufacturing is a Seattle manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
