Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Seattle, WA)

Stonegate Vale Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Seattle, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
