Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Savannah, GA)

Foxglove Union Facilities Group is a facilities company in Savannah with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
