Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (San Antonio, TX)

Summit Cobalt Property Management is a San Antonio property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
