Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (San Antonio, TX)

Nova Corner Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around San Antonio, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
