Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Salt Lake City, UT)

Nova Bright Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Salt Lake City area. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
