Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Vista Community Partners and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
