Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Bluepeak North Staffing Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
