Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Redstone Glen Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Hartford serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
