Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Redstone Oak Inspection Services is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
