Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Ironwood Junction Markets Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 942 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
