Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Westbrook Keystone Energy Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
