Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Stonegate Corner Learning Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
