Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Harborlight Kestrel Community Partners is a Orlando charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
