Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (remote)

Rivermark Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Dallas, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
