Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Providence, RI)

Bluepeak Oak Hospitality is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Providence. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
