Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Phoenix, AZ)

Ironwood Ashton Facilities is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 735 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
