Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Oklahoma City, OK)

Nova Wren Legal Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
