Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Oklahoma City, OK)

Fernwood Bright Markets Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
