Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Oklahoma City, OK)

Summit Meridian Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Oklahoma City area. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
