Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Oklahoma City, OK)

Summit Yarrow Foods Group is a Oklahoma City food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 703 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
