Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Meadow Water Authority Associates is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for meter reading, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
