Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Nashville, TN)

Stonegate Lakeside Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Nashville, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
