Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Nashville, TN)

Lumen Wilder Markets is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification.
