Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Nashville, TN)

Lumen Wilder Markets is a Nashville retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
