Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Miami, FL)

Clearpath River Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Miami with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 457 people based in Miami. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
