Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Memphis, TN)

Harborlight Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Memphis, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
