Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Memphis, TN)

Westbrook Kestrel Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Memphis area. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 530 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
