Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Memphis, TN)

Silverline Umber Hospitality is a hospitality company in Memphis with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
