Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Memphis, TN)

Clearpath Forge Civic Services supports public agencies in Memphis with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
