Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Memphis, TN)

Rivermark Summit Markets is a Memphis retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
