Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Madison, WI)

Summit Meadow Property Management is a Madison property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people based in Madison. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
